Refund policy

30-day free returns

If you are not satisfied with your Regen Light, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Return shipping is free.

Conditions: the return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order, and the item must be returned with all its accessories (lamp, remote control, USB cable). Your order number is required.

How to start a return: email us at contact@alexandre-signature.fr with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items: please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can make it right.

Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need additional time to post the refund.
